COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar tools (for example the browser's localStorage) are used by the website www.sappadaski.it, in accordance with Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021. In short: we only use technical tools; YouTube videos are third-party content that we load only with your consent. For the rest of the processing of personal data, please see the Privacy Policy.
1. Technical tools
They are needed for the Site to work or to remember a choice you have made: they do not require consent (Article 122(1) of the Privacy Code) and are not used to profile you.

The Site does not set any other first-party cookies. The contact form and the newsletter send the data to the database only when you press the submit button and do not store anything on your device.
2. Third-party content, only with your consent

Until you consent, instead of the video you see a cover image served from our own domain: your browser does not contact YouTube. The names, purposes and duration of Google's cookies are determined by Google, which is their independent controller: you can find them on the pages listed in the table.
3. No statistics, profiling or advertising
The Site does not use statistics, traffic analysis, profiling or advertising cookies or tools: no Google Analytics, no social network pixels, no fingerprinting techniques. The fonts are hosted on the Site, and the links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, the webcam and the snow report are simple links that load nothing until you click them.
4. How to manage your choices
- Banner: on your first visit you can choose "Accept" or "Decline", two buttons with the same prominence. Closing the banner with the X means declining; continuing to browse does not count as consent.
- Cookie preferences: you can change your mind at any time via "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.
- In the video frame: if you have not accepted, when you click play we show you a notice and the video starts only if you confirm with "Watch the video".
- Duration of the choice: we remember it for 6 months, then we ask you again.
- Browser: you can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you delete the Site's data, the banner will appear again on your next visit.
